Terms of Use

Effective October 7, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the POXKA app (“POXKA”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using POXKA you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

1. The app

POXKA helps you record and review your income, expenses and budgets. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Not financial advice

POXKA is an organizational tool. Charts, budgets, health scores and AI-generated suggestions are for information only and are not financial, tax, investment or legal advice. You are responsible for your financial decisions.

3. AI features and accuracy

Voice logging, receipt scanning and budget setup use automated speech recognition and AI models. They can make mistakes — wrong amounts, merchants, categories or dates. Please review entries before relying on them. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is processed.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

5. Your data

You own the content you enter. It is stored on your device and, if enabled, in your private iCloud account. You are responsible for keeping your device and Apple ID secure and for keeping your own backups. We are not responsible for data lost because of device loss, iCloud settings, or deleting the app.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse POXKA: don’t reverse engineer, resell or redistribute it, interfere with its servers, bypass usage limits or paid features, or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Third-party services

POXKA relies on services from Apple, Google, OpenAI, RevenueCat and others, and the free version may show third-party ads. Their availability is outside our control, and features that depend on them may change or stop working.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its design, code, icons and name are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not give you any rights to them other than to use the app as described.

9. Disclaimer

POXKA is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for financial losses arising from your use of the app or reliance on its data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for POXKA in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You can stop using POXKA at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access to online features if these Terms are violated.

12. Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms. Where these Terms are silent, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept them.
